Our goal at Turino Chiropractic is to provide outcome based, patient centered, compassionate health and wellness care. We empower our patients to take their health into their own hands. - Chiropractic Care – Correcting alignment issues and relieving pain is our first priority. We focus on the mechanics of the spine and its influence on neurology (nerves). Techniques include: manual adjustments, flexion/distraction (traction adjustments), Activator Methods(R) (instrument adjustments).
- Active Care Rehab – After correcting alignment issues through Chiropractic adjustments, it is important to maintain this correction. Active Care Rehabilitation promotes structural stability and injury prevention. Techniques include: PNF stretching, neuromuscular reeducation, heat/cryotherapy.
- Wellness Care – Patients who have completed their Chiropractic treatment programs enjoy periodic wellness visits to complement a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Radiologic Services – Radiology suite is on site for accuracy of diagnosis and convenience to the patient. Doctors are allied professional staff at Bell Hospital if advanced studies are deemed necessary.
- Massage Therapy – Two massage therapists are on staff and at your service. Deep tissue massage decreases muscle spasm, increases circulation, restores range of motion, and feels great. Our doctors and therapists work together for the benefit of you the patient.
- Nutrition and Supplementation – Proper nutrition provides the “raw materials” for optimum health. Our doctors are certified to help you choose a nutrition plan that is right for you.
- Lifestyle Modification and Ergonomic Consult – We can help you remove the physical stressors that are impacting your health.
